How we check deals
Our goal is simple: every deal on Dealo should be real, accurate and honestly described. These are the rules we follow.
Every deal has a trust label
Official We found the offer on the store's, bank's or brand's own website.
Reported The offer comes from a news site or a deal tracker. It is usually right, but check the source before you buy.
Community The offer or code was shared by shoppers and is not confirmed by the store. It may not work.
We never fill in the gaps
We only publish what the source actually says. If a store gives no end date, we show "end date not announced" rather than guessing. If a code is not shown in full, we send you to the source instead of making one up.
Every deal shows when we last checked it
We re-open the source page regularly. If an offer has gone, we remove it. If we have not been able to re-check a deal for 7 days, it is hidden automatically.
Honest discount labels
"Up to 70% off" can hide the fact that most items are much less. Where the source tells us the typical discount, we show it next to the headline number.
Expired deals disappear on their own
Every deal ends at 23:59 local time on its last day, in its own country's time zone.
A person checks too
Each week a member of our team checks a sample of deals by hand.
Spotted a mistake?
Use "Report a problem" on any deal, or email [email protected]. We fix or remove it as soon as we can.
